Vacation Rental Policy & Info

Check-in time: 4:00 pm, check-out time 12:00 noon
Minimum Stay:
2 nights – October up to Memorial Day weekend
3 nights – Memorial Day Weekend through September
Your vacation home stay includes: complimentary daily breakfast bites, use of the heated indoor pool, fitness center and jacuzzi.
Maximum Occupancy: 8 people
All Units Non-Smoking: A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the house.

Each Rental House Includes:

• Kitchen, each including range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, place settings for 8, cookware, toaster and coffeepot
• Telephone
• Fireplace
• Cable TV
• Free WiFi
• Access to The Whaler’s indoor swimming pool, spa & exercise facility, breakfast bites and fresh popped popcorn.

No housekeeping service or sheet & towel change during stay; however, towels and linens for all beds are provided and there is a washer and dryer in each house for your use. Garages are not available for guest vehicles.

Pets

$15.00 per pet, per night in homes that are pet friendly. Includes scoop bags and use of a pet sheet to protect the furniture. Pets must not be left in rental houses unattended.

Reservation Requirements

Advanced deposit (major credit card, cash, or check) equal to the first night’s rate, plus tax, is required to hold the reservation (applies toward rent).

Check-In Requirements

A valid major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diner’s or Discover) must be presented for authorization at check-in; this card must be in the name of the person renting the rental house; keys issued only to that person; no rental to minors.

Photo ID is required at check-in.
